Distribution transformers are usually installed on poles or in distribution stations. Distribution transformer refers to a static electrical device used in the distribution system to transform AC voltage and current according to the law of electromagnetic induction and transmit AC electrical energy. Chinese transformer products can generally be divided into ultra-high voltage (750kV and above), ultra-high voltage (500kV) transformers, 220-110kV transformers, and 35kV and below transformers according to voltage levels. Distribution transformer usually refers to a power transformer that operates in the distribution network with a voltage level of 10-35kV and a capacity of 6300kVA or below, directly supplying power to end users.
Improving insulation performance: The insulation paper layer of paper covered rectangular wires, such as telephone paper, cable paper, etc., after immersion treatment, has excellent voltage resistance in oil, which can effectively prevent short circuits between windings and between windings and other components, ensuring the safe operation of distribution transformers.
Enhanced mechanical strength: A combination of multiple paper covered rectangular wires is used, with a common insulation layer wrapped around them. Compared to a single paper wrapped wire, it can improve the overall performance and mechanical strength of the coil, solve the problem of looseness between wires, and better withstand mechanical stresses such as electromagnetic forces during the operation of distribution transformers.
Optimizing heat dissipation performance: Combining paper covered rectangular wires can increase the oil passage of transformers, enhance the heat dissipation performance of coils, help reduce the temperature during the operation of distribution transformers, and extend the service life of transformers.
