With the continuous sophistication of this profession, more than 95% of them have been replaced by aluminum enameled wires.

2. Degaussing coil: Degaussing coil is not replaced as early as microwave oven transformer, but it has been preliminarily certified and used in batches since the beginning of last year, and the replacement rate has reached 90%. Degaussing coils of some well-known foreign brands are also being changed; Main type specification: 1uew/a/130 (r) 0.250 ~ 0.700 mm;

3. Industrial fan motors: Take horn fans, industrial exhaust equipment and ceiling fans as examples, which have been generally replaced at the beginning of the year, with industrial fan manufacturers in Leliu area as representatives;

4. Sewing motor: After certification and development, it was basically replaced at the beginning of the year and has been put into shopping malls. 

5. Power transformer: the auxiliary transformer adopts aluminum enameled wire, which has been popularized and applied in some factories;

6. Small household motors: such as bottle opener, juice mixer, water pump motor, ventilator, household electric fan motor, etc.

7.Air-conditioning motor SP motor: The preliminary product trial production and functional verification of SP motor were carried out in 2006, and the verification of enameled aluminum wire products was completed in early 2007, and now it has been used in batches;

8. Washing induction motor: Now we have passed the preliminary prototype trial production and functional verification, and now we are carrying out small batch product trial production. Type specification: qzy/xy-2/200 (l) 0.250 mm ~ 0.500 mm;

9. The ballast profession has now fully used aluminum enameled wire;
